With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I'm passionate about helping women achieve their health and fitness goals. My focus on pre and post natal fitness began during the COVID-19 pandemic, when I saw a growing need for support for women during pregnancy and postpartum. This led me to branch out on my own and start my own personal training business. Most recently, my business has achieved the Entrepreneur of The Year award at the 2022 Northern Ontario Business Awards.

As a former senior level trainer at one of Thunder Bay’s leading fitness centres and former personal training manager, I've gained extensive experience and knowledge in delivering effective and personalized training programs. My approach is to work with my clients to design a program that is tailored to their needs, goals, and abilities. I believe that every person is unique, and my programs are designed to be both effective and enjoyable.

  • “My journey with Jamie began when I was almost a year postpartum with my second child. I was living with chronic low back pain from being overweight & lacking muscle tone all while having to carry my kids & deal with all the uncomfortable postural positions motherhood tends to put you in. I tried to do some at home workouts, but they all led to setbacks & quite frankly, I was at a loss of what to do to get better.
